The best morrocan sweets ghriyba
preparation:20 min cooking:15 min Ingridient: 500 G of flour. 100 G of icing sugar. 1 pinch of salt. 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds. 1 Tea glass of oil. 150 G of melted butter . 1 bag of yeast. preparation : 1. In a bowl,mix the flour,icing sugar,sesame seeds,salt,melted butter and oil. 2.knead vigorously until a smooth dough is obtained. 3. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 4. Add the baking powder and knead. 5. Make dumplings and place them on abuttered or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 7. Bake for 15 min in the oven. finally you serve it with coffee or thé .
