"Tagine Kefta bel Bied" is a classic Moroccan dish made with spiced meatballs (kefta) cooked in a rich tomato sauce and topped with poached eggs (bel bied). It’s traditionally cooked and served in a tagine, which enhances the flavor and keeps the dish tender and aromatic. preoaration : 20 min/ Cooking 25 min 800g of minced meat 6 eggs 1 large onion 1bunch of coriander 1 Teaspoon of salt 1/2 Teqspoon of pepper 1 Teqspoon of paprika 5 tablesponns of olive or peanut oil 1 tomato sauce Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion , chopped coriander,salt,pepper and paprika Form a small balls with your palms. Put tomato sauce and oil in tagine or clay dish and arrange your dumplings on it. Cook over high heat for 15 minutes. Break the eggs as for fried eggs. Cover the dish and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot/
